Delete Your Delti Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your Delti account and associated data.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your workout data, crew membership, and leaderboard history will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Delti app on your device

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"

  4. Confirm your deletion request

  5. Your account will be permanently deleted within 48 hours

Alternative method: If you cannot access the app, email us at: feedback@delti.app.
Include your registered email address and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, email)

  • All workout sets and exercise history

  • Crew membership and leaderboard standings

  • Share cards and social features data

  • Authentication credentials

  • Any subscription or payment information

Data Retention

Most data is deleted immediately. However, some data may be retained for a limited time:

  • Analytics data: Anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement

  • Legal compliance: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law

  • Backup systems: Data in automated backups is deleted within 30 days

After Deletion

After your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to Delti

  • Your username becomes available for others to use

  • You can create a new account with the same email, but it will be a fresh start

  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled (no refunds for partial periods)
