This Privacy Policy explains how Delti LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a California limited liability company, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Delti mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

### 2.4 No Cookies or Tracking Technologies
We do NOT use:
- Cookies on web versions

- Advertising networks or trackers
- Cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising
We only use local storage necessary for app functionality (e.g., storing authentication tokens, user preferences).

## 4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
### 4.1 With Other Users (Social Features)
**Public Information:**
- Your display name/username
- Workout achievements and leaderboard rankings
- Crew membership and league participation
**Crew Members:**
If you join a crew, your crew members can see:
- Your workout data and progress
- Your position on crew leaderboards
- Your recent achievements and deltas
**Note:** You control whether to join crews. If you don't join a crew, your workout data remains private.
### 4.2 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service:
**Authentication:**
- **Google** (Google Sign-In, OAuth)
- **Apple** (Apple Sign-In, OAuth)
**Hosting and Infrastructure:**
- **Google Cloud Platform** (data storage, database hosting)
- **Google Cloud Run** (application hosting)
- **Firebase** (authentication, real-time database)
**Music Integration:**
- **Spotify** (optional Victory Music feature - opens Spotify app via deep link)
- **Apple Music** (optional Victory Music feature - opens Apple Music app via deep link)
These service providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data.
### 4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Subpoenas, court orders, or legal process
- Government or law enforcement requests
- Requests to protect the rights, property, or safety of Delti, users, or others
- Investigations of fraud, illegal activity, or Terms of Service violations
### 4.4 Business Transfers
If Delti is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

## 5. DATA OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER
### 5.1 Ownership
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all workout data and user-generated content you submit becomes the property of Delti. While you may access your data through the Service, Delti retains all rights, title, and interest in such data.
### 5.2 No Data Export
The Service does not currently provide functionality to export your workout data. You are responsible for maintaining your own records if needed for personal use.
## 6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
### 6.1 How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- **Account data:** Retained while your account exists
- **Workout data:** Retained while your account exists
- **Usage telemetry:** Aggregated and retained for analytics purposes
- **Crash reports:** Retained for up to 90 days
### 6.2 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing admin@delti.pro with:
- Your account email address
- Confirmation of your identity
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your deletion request within **30 days** and permanently delete:
- Your account information
- All workout data (sets, reps, weight, history)
- User-generated content (crew names, usernames)
- Personal identifiers
### 6.3 No Data Retention After Deletion
We do NOT retain deleted data, except:
- Information required by law (e.g., for tax or legal compliance)
- Anonymized, aggregated data for analytics (no longer identifiable to you)
- Data necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms
### 6.4 Backup Retention
Deleted data may persist in backup systems for up to **30 days** after deletion for disaster recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently purged.
## 7. DATA SECURITY
### 7.1 Security Measures
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of data at rest on Google Cloud Platform
- Secure authentication via Google and Apple OAuth
- Access controls and authentication for our systems
- Regular security assessments and updates
### 7.2 No Guarantee
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

You are responsible for:

We use Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, which may store data in multiple regions for redundancy and performance. All data is subject to U.S. privacy laws and this Privacy Policy.
## 10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact admin@delti.pro.
## 11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
### 11.1 Right to Modify
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
